Chess Board Workshop:

Learn how to make a tournament size chessboard out of wood and epoxy. Master Craftsman Club presents this woodworking workshop covering techniques, materials and tools. Selecting different species of wood to use and other design choices. The work flow of handcrafting a chessboard from glue up to finish. See new examples of techniques using wood and epoxy.

Call to All! Professional and amateur craftsman, artists, hobbyists and diyers. Join us at Furniture Sharehouse Saturday, April 15, from 10:00am-12:00pm to help fix up, spruce up donated furniture for needy families in the community. Workshop guided by Eric Clingen of Tarrytown Woodworks, some tools and supplies are available onsite but you are welcome to bring and/or donate any tools or supplies. Come have fun, learn and work alongside local professional craftsman all the work to benefit the local community.
